Beams and posts are hot-dip galvanized to AASHTO M180 with a 550 g/m² minimum coating weight. Roller barrier systems are verified to MASH TL3/TL4, and European projects are supplied to EN 1317 with CE documentation. Test reports and material certificates are issued with every shipment.
One 20GP container is the standard minimum, which is roughly 25 tonnes of beam or a mixed container of beams, posts and terminals. Trial orders below that are considered for first-time buyers.
Standard lead time is 15–25 days after deposit for a full container. Payment is 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading, by T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.
